THERMAL OXIDIZERS Turner EnviroLogic designs and manufactures straight thermal oxidizers for applications with high VOC concentrations where the level of VOC's themselves can support combustion without the use of fuel. Such applications include pipeline venting, tank venting, solvent cleaning station venting and chemical sterilization processes. Typically dilution air is added to supply the oxygen needed for combustion or to keep the oxidizer from running too hot during surges of high VOC concentrations. SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION SYSTEMS Turner EnviroLogic’s selective catalytic reduction systems (SCR’S) are helping customers throughout the country meet environmental regulations by reducing NOx levels. These units are custom designed for each application, to provide the optimum in performance, with the flexibility and features needed to support day-to-day operations. SCR units provide an effective, affordable solution to NOx emissions restrictions for gas turbine and industrial furnace applications. These units function by reacting ammonia with the nitrogen oxides (NOx) to reduce them back to elemental nitrogen. These systems can utilize ammonia in virtually any form, including anhydrous (gas), aqueous (liquid), or by the generation of ammonia from urea (solid or liquid). These SCR’s can be used alone, or coupled with other Turner EnviroLogic equipment, including stacks, thermal oxidizers, quenchers and saturators, or venturi scrubbers for removal of particulate matter. Due to our wide range of products, and our broad experience base, we can provide single source responsibility and one-stop shopping for a complete, integrated system to suit your needs. ENGINEERED EXHAUST STACKS Turner EnviroLogic designs, fabricates and erects exhaust stacks of all types. Each exhaust stack is designed in accordance with ASME STS-1 standards. Each application is carefully analyzed taking into consideration wind responses, temperatures and the corrosive effects of the gases exhausted.
